They weren't all bad, I just wish they hadn't took the short cut and not have it work the way it did in the original PSO.

After playing in the beta for PSO2 a little bit, I'm liking the music, very reminiscent of the original.

Your best bet is to head to ship 2 block 20, most of the english speaking players are there if you can stand the immaturity of some of the players there.

You can find me on either Relaine or Rahvin

There's also an english patch that's updated almost every afternoon.

You'll need to go here, http://pso2.jp/cbt/ log in with your sega ID, it'll take you to the main PSO 2 page. There will be a red rectangular box to the right of the page, click it.

Then you'll be taken to another page, scroll down a bit and you'll see another red box, click that.

It'll start the download for the "downloader" for the actual game client.

About a 2 - 3 hour download once you start the downloader utility.

This is awesome info, I'm gonna download this later and try it out, too. I still play PSO online on my Gamecube and PC using the Schthack servers and all my buddies there have been gushing about this game non-stop, so I've finally decided to give it a shot. I'm fairly skeptical about PSO 2 since Sega just isn't the same anymore, but I'll cave in and give it a chance. If it's no fun I can always go back to the original.
